IMPORTANT: The booking form is NOT encrypted, therefore it is advised that you do not include any credit or debit card details - we will contact you by phone for your payment details.

Booking Fees
Credit/Debit cards accepted, except for American Express. Visa Electron payments can only be accepted over the counter.There is a booking fee of £1.50 per transaction on all purchases made with a Credit/Debit card. There is no fee for bookings made with either cash or cheque (accompanied with a valid cheque gaurantee card).

A £1.00 postage and handling fee is charged per transaction if you wish to have us post your tickets to you. Alternatively we can look after these for your collection at the Box Office

Postal Bookings
Postal bookings are accepted and should be accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope.

Car Parking
There is a car park at the front entrance to The Cresset and is managed between the hours of 6:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday and a Car Parking Permit is required between these times. These are available from the Box Office for which there is no charge. Outside of these hours parking is free and a security patrol operates during concerts.

Information for the disabled
Facilities for the disabled include wheelchair access and Concert Hall space. When booking your tickets, please inform us of the disability. In this way, we can be sure to accommodate any special requirements and our stewarding staff will be pleased to assist you.

Gift Vouchers
We offer for sale Cresset Gift Vouchers that can be purchased and used against the costs of our shows and events from the Box Office. These are in dominations of £1.00, £5.00 and £10.00 and are valid for 1 year from purchase date.

Conditions of Sale
We regret that ticket money cannot be refunded unless a performance is cancelled.

The Box Office will offer your tickets for resale once they have sold all tickets for that performance; there is a £1 per ticket handling fee for reselling tickets.

Exchanging tickets which have been paid for will be at the management's discretion.
